No, all documents must be sent to BePay in a digital format.
Access your BePay Account on your mobile device and click on the option “Settings”. There you can send us a personal Picture of you I.D. and inform us your address.
If you cannot, send us digitalized copies of your personal documents. In our Help Center, access “atendimento.bepay.com” and click on “Send a request”, attaching:
- A digitalized Copy of your I.D.
- A digitalized copy of you CPF (If it is not in the first document sent)
- Digitized copy of proof of residence (Water, Light or Telephone, max of 03 months old)
