You must include or update your address, include a photo of yourself in the BePay App, and send us a request to review and release your BePay Account.
If you are unsure how to do it, follow the procedures below.
Sign in to the BePay app installed on your phone or tablet.
Go to "Settings".
Click on "Addresses."
The App will inform you the addresses you have already registered.
If your address is already listed, click on the Address, then click the "pencil", fix it or complete your information and click "UPDATE".
If you do not have an existing address or your current address is different from the one shown there, click on the "+" sign at the bottom right of the screen, fill in the data and click "ADD ADDRESS".
If you have not yet attached a photo of yourself and your document or want to update them, follow the procedures below.
Go to the "Settings" option.
Access the "Personal Information" option.
For your personal photo:
In the upper right of the screen click the "Pencil", then click on your photo or the circle on the left side of your name.
Click on "Change profile photo"
Follow the procedures presented there.
For the photo of your personal document:
Click on "Document photo" and follow the procedures presented there.
You should now send us a request requesting the unblocking of your BePay Account.

To do so, go to the BePay Help Center on the Internet at "atendimento.bepay.com".
In the upper right corner of the screen click on "Enter".
Please login. If you have not yet registered with the Help Center, please register your email (use the same information you provided in the creation of your BePay Account) and create a password.
Also in the upper right corner of the screen click on "Send a request".
In your request, include on the Subject your request to unblock your BePay Account.
In the "description" field of the request, please provide additional information about your request.
