If you have a balance in your BePay Account or there is no problem with your credit card, the non-processing of the QRCode (payment code) in the Receiver's BePay App may be due to invalid PINs registered on your phone or tablet.
Create a new PIN:
- Access the "Settings"
- Access the "PIN"
- In the upper corner of the screen, click on the "pencil"
- Enter a new PIN and repeat it (code with 4 numeric digits)
- Enter your password to access the BePay Account
- Click on "CREATE NEW PIN"
Now your device is ready to perform operations via the BePay Account.
