Initially check that you have made the transfer request more than one business day ago.
Requests for transfers made on Saturdays and Sundays may be completed by the end of Monday or next business day if Monday is a public holiday.
If the transfer is denied, we will refund the amount transferred to your BePay Account, without reversing the cost of the transfer.
The bank to which you sent the transfer may decline your transfer for the following reasons:
- The current checking account does not exist;
- The current checking account is not owned by you (belongs to another person);
- The current checking account is closed or blocked for transactions;
- You are not the first current account holder informed.
